Upon receiving your inquiry, we will provide a detailed quotation including product specifications, total price, applicable taxes, delivery timeline, and payment terms. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 15 days).
An order is confirmed only when we have received the required advance payment and have issued a formal order confirmation or proforma invoice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason prior to confirmation.
Each EAYS golf cart is crafted to your requirements. Customisations including seating configuration, battery type (lead-acid or lithium), body colour, and accessories are subject to technical feasibility assessment. Final specifications will be confirmed before production begins.
Advance Payment
Required to initiate production. Percentage specified in your quotation.
Balance Payment
Due before delivery or as agreed in the payment schedule.

Taxes

Each cart is built to order. Manufacturing timelines depend on the complexity of customisation and current production schedule. Estimated timelines will be provided in your quotation and confirmed after order placement.
We deliver carts across India. Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of order confirmation and may vary based on:
Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise specified. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery at the agreed location.
You or your authorised representative must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the product in good condition.

Cancellation by EAYS Electrics
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund of any amounts paid will be issued within 15 business days.
EAYS Electrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or use, arising from or related to our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, design and software — is the property of EAYS Electrics or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where EAYS Electrics has its registered office.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction:
